Duties
- Respond to inbound internet, phone, and text leads
- Make outbound follow-up calls to customers
- Schedule and confirm showroom appointments
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs
- Track all interactions in CRM
- Work closely with the sales team
This position requires full-time availability, including weekends and extended hours.
This is a high-volume, fast-paced role that involves consistent phone activity and follow-up.
Longer work hours may be required during busy periods.
