Willowcreek Wellness & Rehabilitation is urgently hiring a Temporary Dietary Supervisor to lead our dietary team. We are looking for someone who can step in quickly, take charge, and keep operations running smoothly in our skilled nursing facility.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise daily kitchen and dietary operations
- Ensure compliance with CMS, state, and food safety regulations
- Oversee meal service, menu execution, and special diets
- Maintain sanitation, infection control, and kitchen standards
- Partner with nursing staff to support resident nutrition and care
- Handle inventory, ordering, and food cost control
What You Need
- Experience as a Dietary Supervisor, Dietary Manager, or Food Service Manager
- Skilled nursing / long-term care experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and healthcare dietary regulations
- Ability to jump in, lead a team, and problem-solve quickly
- CDM (Certified Dietary Manager) preferred
