What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise daily kitchen and dietary operations
- Ensure compliance with CMS, state, and food safety regulations
- Oversee meal service, menu execution, and special diets
- Maintain sanitation, infection control, and kitchen standards
- Partner with nursing staff to support resident nutrition and care
- Handle inventory, ordering, and food cost control
- Experience as a Dietary Supervisor, Dietary Manager, or Food Service Manager
- Skilled nursing / long-term care experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and healthcare dietary regulations
- Ability to jump in, lead a team, and problem-solve quickly
- CDM (Certified Dietary Manager) preferred
