INCREASED SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL!!
Willow Valley Communities wages are determined on an experience based pay scale.
Wages:
- $34-$43/hr based on experience, plus weekend differential rates
Responsibilities:
- Supervises and coordinates personnel delivery of nursing care on assigned shift to ensure quality nursing care
- Accurately transcribes and carries out physicians' orders.
- Explains procedures and treatments to Resident to gain cooperation, understanding, and allay apprehension.
- Administers treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
- Assists in development and implementation of Resident Care Plan; updates care plan as needed.
- Prepares equipment and aids Physician during treatment and examination of Resident.
- Observes Resident, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or Physician of Resident's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments and significant incidents.
- Responds to life-saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures and protocol.
- Inventories and requisitions supplies to ensure quality nursing care.
Qualifications:
- PA Registered Nurse (RN) License required
- Rehab experience preferred for Full-Time position
Hours:
- Full-Time (Rehab experience preferred)
- or Part-Time
Schedules available:
- Full Time: 1st shift, 7:00am-3:30pm every other weekend and every other holiday
- Part Time: 2nd shift, 3:00pm-11:30pm, every other weekend and every other holiday only
