Compensation
💵 Newly Increased Wages
$53/hour – Weekend Only Program
Plus sign-on bonus of $6,000 (Part-Time)
Responsibilities
Oversee skilled care unit operations and ensure high-quality resident care during assigned shifts
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing team members, including performance appraisals and improvement plans
Ensure unit compliance with facility policies, procedures, and protocols
Collaborate with Nursing Leadership to maintain appropriate staffing levels
Identify staff training needs and partner with the Supportive Living Educator to deliver education programs
Serve as a trusted resource for residents and their families regarding nursing-related concerns
Qualifications
Active PA Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Long-term care experience preferred
Prior supervisory experience preferred
Available Schedules
🕒 Weekend Only Program:
11:00am–11:30pm, every Saturday & Sunday
Every other holiday required
