Wage: $15.50/hour
What You’ll Do
As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you’ll help design and deliver engaging programs that support Residents’ physical, social, and emotional well-being.
Your impact will include:
✨ Planning, organizing, and leading daily recreational programs
✨ Encouraging residents to build friendships and participate confidently
✨ Coordinating special events, entertainment, and community outings
✨ Leading group exercises, games, and creative activities
✨ Visiting and engaging Residents who may be isolated or non-ambulatory
✨ Assessing new Residents’ interests and incorporating them into programming
✨ Documenting participation and Resident responses
✨ Supporting volunteers and collaborating with the care team
✨ Encouraging residents to build friendships and participate confidently
✨ Coordinating special events, entertainment, and community outings
✨ Leading group exercises, games, and creative activities
✨ Visiting and engaging Residents who may be isolated or non-ambulatory
✨ Assessing new Residents’ interests and incorporating them into programming
✨ Documenting participation and Resident responses
✨ Supporting volunteers and collaborating with the care team
You’ll also help maintain equipment, prepare weekly programming, and ensure activities align with Residents’ interests and abilities.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in recreation, activities, or healthcare preferred (but not required!)

Schedule
Part Time
- Every other Saturday & Sunday
- 8:00am – 4:30pm
- Two holidays per year (rotational)
