Pay:
Starting at $15.00/hour , based on experience
What You’ll Do:
As a Concierge, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable experience for all.
- Provide outstanding service to Residents with a customer-focused approach—no matter the task.
- Warmly greet Residents, Team Members, and guests, offering directions and information with courtesy and professionalism.
- Monitor and follow security procedures, including visitor sign-in and access.
- Maintain a safe, inviting, and pleasant Clubhouse environment.
- Answer and manage Concierge desk phone calls, emails, and radio communications.
- Coordinate and schedule amenities and Local Table reservations.
- Assist guests with basic use of Clubhouse amenities.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Clubhouse management team.
- Monitor alerts (weather, building alarms) and communicate updates to Team Members.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, assisting others as needed.
- Manage key control processes and follow up on returns.
- Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and preparing posters, flyers, and communications.
- Submit maintenance and IT service requests through designated systems.
- Stay informed on Willow Valley publications to assist with Resident questions.
- Support the Lead Concierge and help train new Team Members.
- Address Resident questions or concerns and connect them with the appropriate Team Leader.
- Assist with special projects, events, and occasional housekeeping support when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- 3–6 months of related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination)
- Experience with Microsoft Windows applications and scheduling programs
- Basic knowledge of phone systems and troubleshooting
Schedule:
- Every Monday: 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM
- Every other Saturday: 3:30 PM – 8:30 PM
