About the Security Guard Role:
As a Security Guard at Willow Terrace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you will be responsible for:
Maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors
Monitoring and responding to alarms, including fire alarms, panic buttons, and security cameras
Conducting regular rounds of the facility to identify and address any potential security risks
Providing exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and staff
Participating in emergency response and disaster preparedness efforts
Security Guard Requirements:
Prior experience as a Security Guard or in a related field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Good physical and mental health, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
