Willow Terrace is seeking a Full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to deliver thoughtful, individualized care that helps residents live as independently and safely as possible.
Role OverviewThe OT will assess resident needs, develop treatment plans, and provide skilled occupational therapy interventions in partnership with the rehabilitation and interdisciplinary care teams.
ResponsibilitiesEvaluate residents and establish individualized therapy goals and plans of care.
Provide therapeutic interventions addressing daily living skills, functional mobility, cognition, safety, and adaptive strategies.
Reassess progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
Complete accurate, compliant, and timely documentation.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Current OT license or eligibility to practice in the applicable state.
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred.
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
Full-time.
