Our client, a global leader in the Insurance industry, is looking for an Early Career Recruiting Specialist to join their Northeast Talent team.

We’re seeking an Early Career Recruiting Specialist to help build and strengthen a diverse, high-potential pipeline across the Northeast. In this newly created role, you’ll play a key part in shaping early career hiring strategies, fostering meaningful campus partnerships, and delivering an engaging candidate experience within a collaborative, people-centered environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2 years of recruiting experience, ideally in campus/early career hiring or in a high-volume talent acquisition environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Genuine interest in talent development, diversity initiatives, and early career engagement
- Confident communicator comfortable interacting with students, faculty, and internal stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to provide consultative feedback to hiring teams and recommend improvements to enhance both candidate and manager experiences
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Execution
- Support early career hiring needs, primarily for roles requiring 0–5 years of experience, through proactive sourcing, resume screening, candidate outreach, and structured interviews.
- Build and curate diverse candidate pipelines aligned with organizational goals and hiring manager expectations.
Campus Engagement & Relationship Building
- Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with colleges, universities, and relevant student groups.
- Serve as a point of contact for career services teams, faculty advisors, and campus organizations to coordinate recruitment activities and promote employer presence.
- Partner with internal team members to assemble high-impact campus recruiting teams and represent the organization at campus events when needed.
Internship & Early Talent Programming
- Collaborate closely with internship program leaders to plan, execute, and continuously improve early talent programs.
- Coordinate candidate selection, interview logistics, onboarding, training, networking events, speaker sessions, and end-of-term evaluations.
- Provide insights to strengthen pipelines from internship programs into full-time roles.
Strategy, Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance early career recruitment strategy and support the development of entry-level programs.
- Maintain updated job descriptions and recruitment collateral.
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate early career talent needs and support the implementation of talent strategies.

Salary : $85,000 - $150,000
