Job Description
Willow’s Kitchen is a busy, family-run small-town diner looking for a friendly, dependable Server / Waitress who can keep things moving during rushes and take great care of customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests, take orders accurately, and enter orders into our POS
- Deliver food and drinks promptly and check back on tables
- Know the menu and daily specials; answer questions confidently
- Handle payments and cash/card transactions correctly
- Keep your section clean and stocked (condiments, silverware, napkins, etc.)
- Work closely with the kitchen to keep tickets accurate and customers happy
- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
- Perform side work as needed
What we’re looking for
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication
- Reliable and on time (this matters more than anything)
- Able to stay calm and organized during a rush
- Comfortable carrying trays, standing/walking for long periods
- Experience preferred, but we will train the right person
