We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Property Maintenance Manager to lead our facilities management team in maintaining the safety, functionality, and efficiency of our properties. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise maintenance teams responsible for electrical, mechanical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and industrial systems across multiple properties.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs utilizing Appfolio software to track work orders, schedules, and asset histories.
- Oversee the repair and troubleshooting of all apartments and appliances.
- Manage projects related to facilities upgrades, renovations, or system replacements with a focus on safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues early and prevent costly downtime.
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations, including electrical codes and industrial safety standards.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal team (techs, leads, and supervisors) to coordinate repairs, installations, and maintenance schedules effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and compliance documentation for audit purposes.
Requirements
- Proven management experience supervising maintenance teams within manufacturing or industrial facilities.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in electrical systems—both high voltage and low voltage—and HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with computers.
- Experience working with scheduling and tracking maintenance operations.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate across teams and document procedures clearly.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to electrical work, industrial maintenance practices, and facility management regulations.
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools.
- Supervising experience in facilities management or related fields is highly preferred. Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
