We are currently looking to fill one property manager position for our housing community located in (Paducah/KY).

Major duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Day to day operations of the property to include:
- Maintain stable occupancy
- Collect rent timely
- Meet corporate deadlines
- Build strong resident relations, and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed
- Provide and engage in dynamic leadership
Must have a proven track record for success
Must be able to be bonded.
*Must live on site (Apartment and utilities provided)
