We are seeking a motivated and career-focused Nursing Facility Administrator-in-Training (AIT) to join our leadership development program. This role is designed to prepare qualified candidates to become a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (LNFA) through structured training and hands-on experience in the operations of a skilled nursing facility.
Under the guidance of a licensed Nursing Facility Administrator and leadership team, the AIT will gain practical knowledge in regulatory compliance, resident care services, financial management, staff leadership, and overall facility operations.
Key Responsibilities

Participate in a structured Administrator-in-Training program in accordance with state licensing requirements.

Learn and assist with the daily operations of the skilled nursing facility.

Work closely with department leaders including nursing, dietary, social services, therapy, housekeeping, and maintenance.

Assist with regulatory compliance and preparation for state surveys and inspections.

Support quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.

Observe and participate in budgeting, financial reporting, and census management.

Assist with staff supervision, scheduling, and workforce management.

Attend leadership meetings and participate in decision-making discussions.

Develop knowledge of federal, state, and local long-term care regulations.
