Responsibilities
Role responsibilities will include:
- Creating & posting job requisitions through our ATS, iCIMs, as well as external career boards.
- Offer letter generation and management.
- Oversight of candidates in the background and drug test process.
- Ensuring all applications, assessment, & reference checks have been completed and reviewed.
- Maintain status of candidates in our New Hire Onboarding Process and answer candidate questions around the Onboarding Process.
- Liaise with AssureHire, Willow Bridge’s background/drug check company.
- Partner with our escalation team on concerns raised by background check results.
- Work collaboratively with our Payroll and Benefits team to ensure all data feeds for new hires are accurate and inclusive of pertinent information.

Qualifications
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required. A college degree is preferred.
- 1-3 years supporting a Talent Acquisition team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and integrity.
- Capable of working independently, as well as collaborating with a team.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to work on a variety of responsibilities and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
- A positive attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
- High level of professionalism and understanding of confidentiality and discretion.
