A new Grocery Outlet Bargain Market is opening soon in Willoughby Hills, and we are currently hiring team members for multiple positions at our locally owned and operated store.
This is a great opportunity to join a team from the very beginning and help launch a new grocery store focused on value, service, and community. We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who enjoy working with customers and working as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available.
Positions Available
We are hiring for several roles including:
- Cashiers / Front End Team Members
- Grocery & Stock Clerks
- Produce Team Members
- Department Leads
- Receiving / Backroom Team Members
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service
- Operate cash registers and POS systems
- Stock shelves and maintain organized product displays
- Receive deliveries and stock incoming merchandise
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment
- Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow store procedures for stocking and product rotation
Qualifications
- Retail or grocery experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to lift and move grocery products as needed
- Leadership experience preferred for supervisory roles
- Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply
Pay & Schedule
Competitive hourly pay based on role and experience.
- Part-time and full-time positions available
- Typical schedules range from 15–40 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling available to support school, family, and other commitments
- Evening and weekend availability may be required depending on position
Hiring Process

Team members will begin in-store training and store setup starting April 13.
