Retail Store Associate / Grocery Clerk

Strongsville Grocery Outlet is hiring Retail Store Associates for multiple departments including Grocery, Produce, Dairy, Frozen Foods, and GM/HBC (General Merchandise / Health & Beauty Care).
We are a fast-paced retail grocery store focused on exceptional customer service, stocking, merchandising, cashier operations, and inventory control.
Full-time and Part-time positions available.

- Grocery Clerk / Stock Associate

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service on every shift
- Operate cash register / POS system and handle cash transactions accurately
- Stock shelves and rotate product using FIFO inventory standards
- Maintain fully stocked, faced, and organized departments
- Execute merchandising and promotional displays
- Assist with receiving deliveries and backroom organization
- Perform inventory checks and remove expired or damaged product
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
Qualifications
- Retail, grocery store, stocker, or customer service experience preferred
- Cash handling or cashier experience preferred
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stock for extended periods
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Weekend availability is required
- Must be able to work holidays
