The Opportunity
This is not a production role.
Our projects are highly detailed, design-driven homes requiring strong leadership, organization, and accountability.
You will work directly with ownership, architects, and a vetted network of subcontractors to deliver projects that meet the highest standards in the market.
- Ultra-luxury custom homes ($10M construction value)
- Full lifecycle involvement: preconstruction through closeout
- Direct collaboration with clients and top-tier design teams
- Process-driven environment with Procore integration
- Long-term pipeline in established high-end markets
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of construction from preconstruction through completion
- Develop and manage detailed budgets, scopes, and schedules
- Oversee subcontractor buyout, contracts, and procurement
- Coordinate closely with superintendents on field execution
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and consultants
- Track costs, approve invoices, and manage change orders
- Ensure alignment with design intent and uphold quality standards
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to protect schedule and budget
- Ensure compliance with local codes, permitting, and safety standards

Qualifications
- 5–10 years of project management experience in residential construction
- Strong experience with high-end custom homes preferred
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, detail-driven projects
- Deep understanding of budgeting, contracts, and scheduling
- Excellent communication skills with high-net-worth clientele
- Proficiency in Procore, Excel, and scheduling tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
