Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Restaurant Manager Opportunities (Multiple Concepts) based in Delray Beach, FL. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing hiring and training processes. The role also requires maintaining compliance with health and safety standards while fostering a positive team culture.

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure exceptional experiences for guests
• Proven capability in Hiring and team management to attract, develop, and retain top talent

• Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations, including quality control and compliance
