Role Description
THREE full-time on-site roles for an Escrow Branch Manager based in Hollister, Arroyo Grande, and San Mateo, CA. The Escrow Branch Manager will oversee all escrow operations while leading a team to ensure the successful and timely completion of real estate transactions. Daily tasks include coordinating escrow processes, maintaining compliance with policies and regulations, managing client relationships, and supervising a team to achieve performance goals. The role ensures high-quality customer service and operational effectiveness.

- Expertise in Escrow processes, regulatory compliance, and best practices
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Experience in customer support, building and fostering client relationships
- Ability to handle complex real estate transactions and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in escrow software and related technologies
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a senior escrow or management role
- Escrow Officer or similar relevant certification is preferred
