Wedding Planner (1 position available)

- Part Time work
- Weekdays, Weekends, Holidays may be needed
- 2 years experience in the Wedding Planning Industry - specifically in the planning sector of Weddings
- Specifically in coordinating on site and office work
- Excellent in communication between multiple vendors
- Excellent in communication with clients of various ages and backgrounds
- Excellent in multitasking
- Experience in creating Timelines with multiple vendors need
- Understands the need to follow policies and regulations of venues
- Understands the need to follow policies and regulations of our company
- Has a love for the events and wedding industry
- This is NOT a décor or design position
- 90% of the work is done in an office setting while 10% of work is done on site at the Venue
- This position will start slowly in 2024 for training and bookings, while building to more Full Time in 2025
- This position is work from home but the candidate needs to be within the Paso Robles area
Job Type: Part-time
Pay Structure:
- Pay per event $1000 and up depending on packaging with the client
- Pay per on site management $25 to $35 per hour

Education:
- Associate (Preferred)
Experience:
- Events industry: 2 years (Required)
