Job Title: Wedding Coordinator
Duties:
-Meet with our Dream Co. lead planner to discuss clients' wedding vision, preferences, details
-Meet with clients to discuss their timeline and what the run of show will look like
-Detailed timeline formation for wedding day itinerary
-Run the on-site rehearsal at the venue the night before the wedding
-Follow up with vendors and run through the timeline with them
-Coordinate all aspects of the wedding planning process, including creating timelines and schedules
-Manage and oversee the setup and breakdown of wedding events
-Ensure all contracts and agreements are in place and executed properly
-Collect certificates of insurance from vendors
-Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the coordination process (4-6 weeks)
-Handle any last-minute changes or emergencies that may arise during the wedding event
-Collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless execution of services
-8-10 hours of wedding coordination on the event day
Skills:

- Knowledge of hospitality, banquet, restaurant, or hotel industry preferred
- Experience in guest services or catering is a plus
