This role involves litigating labor and employment cases on behalf of individual employees against employers through all stages of the court process. A significant portion of the work is legal writing — drafting complaints, motions, and briefs, and preparing persuasive advocacy for both trial and appellate courts. Strong research, analysis, and writing skills are essential, as your words will often be the voice of our clients in the courtroom.
We’re looking for an attorney with at least 3 years of trial experience who is:
