What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staffing Clerk position at Willis Knighton Health?
The Centralized Staffing Office is seeking an experienced staffing clerk. This position’s primary duties include, but are not limited to, reviewing needs for all WKHS facilities, keeping needs updated in the computer program, contacting staff to fill needs, updating staff schedules/time worked on the computer, filing and maintaining staff records. The applicant must be proficient with computer skills and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Organizational and critical thinking skills are a priority in managing the workload in this fast-paced environment in order to complete responsibilities in an efficient manner.
This position is every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday. The hours are 12:30pm -8:30pm.
