We are looking for a bright, energetic LPN that can work in a team approach. They will need to be able to multi-task, work with insurance companies and do  referrals and pre autherizations to take care of our patients' needs.  The nurse will triage the patients, assess the needs of the patients and assist in medication management. The nurse will schedule surgery, educate the patient and the family pre- and post-op. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00pm. Excellent salary and benefit packet offered.
