Willis Knighton Health is seeking an RN to work in a fast-paced environment as a Clinical Compliance nurse. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate a strong work ethic, critical thinking and organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility, dependability, excellent communication skills, have a solid knowledge of computers, and have the initiative to work independently. We have an atmosphere of teamwork that we expect to continue with all new hires as you will work closely with the physicians, managers, nursing staff and clerical. The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: assisting in pharmacy, documenting compliance and overall clinical compliance. Will assist with clinic office setup and closings. Assist in performance improvement. They will assist with safety and legal requirements established in the hospital and physician services departments. Will assist with TJC accreditation for ambulatory services.They will assist with education and policy reviews. Some travel within the Shreveport Bossier area will be involved. Hospital and Department orientation will be provided upon completion of the hiring process as well as training. You will be required to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00pm.
