Will complete approximately five weeks of structured training with a designated preceptor, developing proficiency in telemetry monitoring, rhythm recognition, patient interaction, and troubleshooting equipment. Experienced in accurately measuring, documenting, and communicating cardiac rhythms to support high-quality patient care. Skilled in telemetry equipment setup, troubleshooting monitoring devices, and assisting patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. Proven ability to work efficiently in fast-paced healthcare environments during 12-hour shifts while collaborating effectively with nurses, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and positive patient outcomes.
