Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Residential Painter to join our team for the summer season. This is a temporary position with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate has experience with residential painting projects and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting (scraping, sanding, patching, caulking)
- Apply paint, stain, and coatings to interior and exterior surfaces
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and homeowners
- Complete projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of residential painting experience
- Availability to work Monday through Friday
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
