Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Execute painting tasks using hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, and other equipment to achieve smooth, professional finishes.
- Apply various coatings including industrial paint, stucco, masonry finishes, and specialty coatings for restoration or renovation projects.
- Assist in painting interior and exteriors of homes
- Ensure safety standards are maintained at all times on construction sites by adhering to protocols related to scaffolding, power tools usage, and hazardous materials handling.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- MUST have experience in residential painting with a strong understanding of construction site procedures.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers and other relevant tools for surface preparation and finishing.
- Experience with renovation projects including restoration work or remodeling is highly desirable. Not required.
- Strong understanding of paint application to provide a high quality finish.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
