Job Description

A Mold Operator in Pultrusion works at the heart of the Composite Manufacturing line, ensuring fiber, resin, Heated dies run smoothly to produce consistent, High-strength profiles.

Job Responsibilities: 1. Machine set up operation 2. Process monitoring & Control 3. Maintenance & Trouble Shooting 4, Quality Assurance 5. Material handling & Safety 6. Housekeeping in the production facility
