WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional weekend work depending on job schedules.
As our HVAC Installation Helper, you'll assist in installing residential and commercial HVAC systems-including rooftop units, split systems, ductwork, insulation, and air devices. You'll travel to job sites, work closely with experienced techs, and occasionally pitch in on weekends when needed. WHAT'S NEEDED FROM AN HVAC INSTALLATION HELPER?
We're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to follow directions quickly and accurately
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- High attention to detail
- Professional appearance
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Punctuality
- Maintain accurate timecards and follow safety procedures
- Ability to acquire EPA certification within 90 days of hire
