Summary
We are seeking a Hospitalist Coordinator to join our team at Williamson Health, located in Franklin, Tennessee. As a Hospitalist Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high quality, cost-effective, and evidence-based medical care to hospitalized patients. In addition, you will coordinate care for patients at discharge, facilitate hand-off to outpatient physicians, and oversee the administrative and clinical aspects of the hospitalist program.
Position Requirements
- Current licensure by the State of Tennessee as a medical doctor or osteopathic physician
- Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Current ACLS certification
