Responsibilities
- Assist with basic food preparation and ingredient setup.
- Prepare vegetables, toppings, sauces, and other kitchen items.
- Keep prep stations stocked throughout service.
- Help cooks with routine kitchen tasks.
- Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food-safety procedures.
- Clean and sanitize preparation areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Store ingredients properly and rotate products as needed.
- Assist with dishwashing and general kitchen cleanup when required.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is helpful but not required.
