Position Summary
The Assistant Kitchen Manager supports the Kitchen Manager in the daily operation of the kitchen at Porky Butts BBQ. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for helping maintain food quality, consistency, cleanliness, organization, and kitchen efficiency. The ideal candidate is a dependable team leader who works well under pressure, communicates clearly, leads by example, and takes pride in producing high-quality food. This person should be willing to jump in wherever needed while helping hold the kitchen team
accountable to Porky Butts BBQ standards.
