Now Hiring: Clubhouse Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Clubhouse Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining the clubhouse and surrounding facilities to ensure they remain safe, clean, and in excellent working condition.
Responsibilities:
· Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the clubhouse.
· Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing issues.
· Complete minor electrical repairs and maintenance.
· Perform general carpentry repairs and improvements.
· Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
· Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
· Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of maintenance areas.
· Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
· Experience with basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
· General maintenance or handyman experience preferred.
· Ability to use common hand and power tools safely.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
· Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
