This is a full-time, on-site role located in Eagle Mountain, UT for a Controller. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include preparing financial statements, managing budgets, conducting financial analysis, and supervising the accounting team. The Controller will also be involved in strategic planning and advising senior management on financial decisions.
- Financial Management, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis skills
- Experience in Accounting, Auditing, and Financial Reporting
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and internal controls
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and lead a team of accountants
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred
