Responsibilities:
The Controller has the following responsibilities and duties:
- Manage the accuracy and timeliness of day-to-day activities of GL, AP, AR, and other functions
- Manage accurate and timely monthly closing with account reconciliation
- Manage PCAOB audits including financial statement preparation and disclosures
- Establish, maintain, and document internal control and accounting policies
- Manage compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements
Requirements:
The Controller should have the following skills, education, and experience:
- 2-5 years of proven experience in a similar position
- Must have a Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
- Public Accounting experience and/or CPA preferred
