What You’ll Experience
As a Warehouse Coordinator III, you’ll play a key role in supporting capital and operational projects by ensuring materials and equipment are available, accurate, and delivered on time. Operates a forklift or telehandler to off load and load project materials and inspects material received against purchase order and packing slips. Organizes storage yard and warehouse and ensures p.o. and project identification is on all materials and equipment. Arranges transportation and crane services. Ensures short and long term preservation of material and equipment and works with project managers on material availability.

What You’ll Experience

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Purchasing equipment, materials, supplies, and services at optimal cost, ensuring delivery to the correct location by required deadlines
- Coordinating and expediting the flow of materials to support capital and operational projects
- Tracking inventory levels and purchase orders to maintain accurate material availability
- Providing expertise across multiple administrative and warehouse processes
- Supporting the Inventory Committee by providing insights and recommendations to improve inventory metrics
- Ensuring warehouse and laydown yard security, organization, and accountability
- Proactively collaborating with buyers and other coordinators to reallocate surplus materials and resolve material or equipment discrepancies
- Scheduling and participating in meetings or calls with project managers and leaders to align on project material requirements
- Operating forklifts or telehandlers to load and unload materials and verifying received items against purchase orders and packing slips
- Organizing warehouse and storage yards, ensuring all materials and equipment are clearly identified by purchase order and project
- Performing other duties as assigned to support operational success
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience with knowledge of gas pipeline and compression equipment
- Forklift certification
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated commitment to safety
- Material and equipment experience within the oil and gas industry
- Shipping, logistics, and expediting experience
- Manlift equipment experience
- Ability to work in warehouse and outdoor laydown yard environments
- Capability to operate forklifts and telehandlers safely and efficiently
- Physical ability to load, unload, inspect, and organize materials and equipment
- Valid State Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general PC skills
- Working knowledge of materials management and warehouse operations
- Experience organizing warehouse layouts and pipe laydown areas
- Safety-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
