Responsibilities/Expectations:
Supply Chain Specialist II
As a Supply Chain Specialist II/III, you will apply fundamental judgment and evaluation to support our procurement processes while you build and maintain internal customer and vendor relationships to meet the business need!

Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Performs multifaceted tasks and projects of moderate complexity requiring the application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria
- Supports procurement processes
- Handles requisition traffic and procures quality materials/equipment in accordance with established purchasing policies and procedures
- Coordinates communication between internal customers and vendors
- Facilitates the resolution of disputes and claims
- Supervises required inspections, expediting and logistics support
- Analyzes and reports on market conditions and identifies competitive opportunities to initiate competitive bid process; coordinates and facilitates pre-competitive meetings and provides input to bid awards
- Other duties as assigned
Supply Chain Specialist II
- Required: High School diploma/GED and a minimum two (2) years' experience
- Preferred: Associate's degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or a technical field
- Required: High School diploma/GED and a minimum four (4) years' experience
- Preferred: Associate's degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or a technical field
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
- Schedule: 4 days onsite Mon-Thurs (Required) with Fridays Remote (Optional)
