- Lead facility renovation, construction, and workplace improvement projects from concept through completion
- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and execution plans to meet business objectives
- Solicit, evaluate, negotiate, and manage vendor and contractor proposals and contracts
- Oversee planning, design, bidding, permitting, and construction activities for both new and existing facilities
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve issues, and implement contingency plans to maintain schedule and budget performance
- Prepare project documentation, status updates, and presentations while collaborating with stakeholders to support facility and infrastructure initiatives
What You'll Bring
- Associate's degree
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in Project Management, Facilities Management, or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general PC skills
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and safe work practices
- Bachelor's degree
- CAD proficiency
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Certified Facility Manager (CFM) designation
- Experience managing facility construction, renovation, or corporate real estate projects
- May be required to travel between Williams locations, including occasional overnight travel.
