What You'll Do

• HVAC Project Coordination & Leadership: Manage daily HVAC installations, repairs, or maintenance activities, demonstrating leadership to keep projects on schedule with minimal disruptions.
• Safety, Quality, & Training: Enforce safety protocols, ensure all work meets quality and code standards, and provide training to enhance the team's technical skills and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Resource & Budget Management: Efficiently allocate labor, tools, materials, and equipment required for HVAC projects, while managing budgets and escalating financial concerns when necessary.
• Problem-Solving & Communication: Address HVAC system challenges, maintain clear communication with installers, clients, and stakeholders, and accurately document project progress and issues.
  
  

What You Bring

• Demonstrated proficiency in HVAC systems, tools, and techniques. HVAC certifications and licenses a plus.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently, with adaptability to shifting project needs and challenges.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of fostering collaboration and motivating teams to achieve goals.
• Experienced in planning and managing HVAC projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure successful and timely completion.
• Skilled in inspecting HVAC work for compliance with codes and standards, and mentoring team members to develop their skills and maintain high-quality results.
