Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hotel General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Passion for hospitality and guest service
- Proven ability to drive operational and financial results
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- A leader who leads from the front and sets the tone for the team
- Choice Hotels, Wyndham, Hilton, Marriott, or IHG experience is a plus
