Front Office Supervisor – Days Inn Adel

Days Inn Adel is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Front Office Supervisor to join our team! This is a full-time, entry-level management position that is perfect for someone who has hotel front desk experience and is ready to take the next step into a leadership role.

As a Front Office Supervisor, you'll help oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensure guests receive exceptional service, and support the General Manager with day-to-day hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in providing outstanding guest service

• Supervise front desk operations during assigned shifts

• Assist with training and coaching front desk team members

• Handle guest questions, concerns, and service recovery professionally

• Ensure accurate reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing

• Maintain brand standards and company policies

• Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and daily reporting

• Help ensure the front desk and lobby remain clean, organized, and welcoming

• Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to provide an excellent guest experience

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk experience preferred

• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus, but not required

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn hotel management software

• Must be dependable, professional, and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
