As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals in their homes. Duties

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance.
• Assist client with meal preparation and ensure they receive proper nutrition.
• Help with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe and healthy living environment.
• Monitor and record patient health information, including vital signs and changes in condition.
• Support client with mobility and physical activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation as required by healthcare regulations.
