We are seeking a Project Manager (PM I or PM II) in the Orlando market who brings strong construction knowledge, financial discipline, and a proactive leadership mindset.
What You'll Do
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the overall success of the project-financially, operationally, and relationally-from preconstruction through closeout.
Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead projects from buyout through final completion, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget
- Partner closely with Superintendents to drive field execution and maintain project momentum
- Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and keep projects on track
Financial Management & Accountability
- Own project financial performance including budgets, forecasts, cost tracking, and profitability
- Manage subcontracts, change orders, and cost control processes with precision and urgency
- Maintain accurate and timely financial reporting in alignment with company standards
Client & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships through consistent communication and follow-through
- Navigate challenges professionally while protecting the company's interests and reputation
Preconstruction & Procurement
- Participate in preconstruction planning, scope development, and buyout strategies
- Ensure subcontractor alignment with project expectations, scope, and schedule
- Collaborate with estimating and operations to support seamless project transitions
Contract & Risk Management
- Understand and manage contract terms, scope clarifications, and project risks
- Lead change order negotiations and issue resolution in a manner that protects project outcomes
- Elevate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of day-to-day decisions

Project Manager I
- Experience managing small to moderate complexity projects or supporting larger projects
- Solid understanding of project financials, scheduling, and subcontractor management
- Ability to operate independently while continuing to develop leadership and decision-making skills
Project Manager II
- Proven success managing moderate to high-complexity projects from start to finish
- Advanced financial management capabilities with consistent delivery of strong project outcomes
- Ability to lead multiple stakeholders, navigate challenges, and drive project performance proactively
