What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Projects Coordinator - WCA position at Williams Comfort Air?
We are seeking an Electrical Projects Coordinator to support our engineering team by managing permitting and material ordering for residential and/or light commercial electrical projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects move forward efficiently by coordinating documentation, reviewing job details, and procuring the correct materials.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in construction, electrical work, permitting, or project coordination who is looking to grow into a more technical, office-based role. This role is Mon-Fri day shift.

What Will I Do?
- Review job notes, photos, and scope details to determine required materials
- Order electrical materials accurately and in a timely manner
- Pull permits with local municipalities and utility companies
- Communicate with vendors, utilities, and internal teams to ensure project readiness
- Track permit status and material deliveries
- Maintain organized documentation and job records
- Utilize software systems (including ServiceTitan) for job tracking and coordination
- Support the engineering team with administrative and coordination tasks
Do I Have What It Takes?
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Electrical field work (apprentice, journeyman, or similar)
- Construction/project coordination
- Permitting or utility coordination
- Ability to interpret job notes, photos, and basic electrical layouts (training provided)
- Comfortable with computers, email communication, and learning new software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and follow-through
