What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Receivable Representative position at Williams Brand?
Receives in all payments, sorts and distributes to billing departments for posting.
Principal Roles and Responsibilities:
-Opens and sorts all daily mail from both P.O. Box and delivered mail.
-Puts payments on appropriate cash sheets for billing department to post.
-Enters all distributers’ invoices.
-Runs United Drug payments and sorts weekly for retail pharmacy billing.
-Distributes mail timely and accurately.
-Maintains collections file and distributes monies to appropriate departments.
-Follows up on NSF checks weekly and makes appropriate collection arrangements.
-Matches all invoices weekly to check run, stamps and mails out all A/P checks.
-Maintains all postage meters and checks for sufficient funds.
-Preps all bank deposits and makes daily deposits.
-Reconciles daily register, makes deposits and distributes for data entry.
-Performs other related duties as assigned by management staff

Work Hours: M - F (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
