Williams Auto Group is looking for an energetic and dependable individual to join our TEAM as a Service Support Associate. This Automotive position plays an important role in keeping our Dealership operations running smoothly while delivering excellent customer service.

- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of new and used vehicles
- Move and organize vehicles throughout the Dealership lot and service areas
- Assist the Service Department with vehicle transportation and customer support
- Greet customers on the service drive and direct them to the appropriate area
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, safety items, and overall presentation
- Install stock tags and buyer guides on vehicles
- Drive vehicles safely on and off Dealership property
- Keep work areas, lots, and service lanes clean and organized
- Support Automotive Sales and Service teams with daily operational tasks
- Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by management
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced Automotive and Dealership environment
- Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles throughout the day
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid Driver’s License required
