Williams Auto Group is looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our TEAM as an Auto Sales Representative. This Automotive Sales position plays a key role within our Dealership by helping customers find the right vehicle while delivering an outstanding buying experience.

- Assist customers with their Automotive and vehicle shopping needs
- Greet customers in the showroom and on the Dealership lot
- Build relationships with customers through strong communication and follow-up
- Guide customers through the Automotive Sales process from start to finish
- Explain vehicle features, benefits, warranties, and financing options
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
- Maintain prospecting and customer follow-up systems
- Complete sales paperwork and documentation accurately
- Stay current on Automotive products, services, promotions, and industry trends
- Work closely with Sales Managers, Finance, and Service Departments
- Deliver sold vehicles and ensure customer satisfaction after the sale
- Support Dealership goals and maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced Automotive environment
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a TEAM
- Previous Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
- High school diploma or GED required
- State Sales License required or ability to obtain one
- Valid Driver’s License required
