Will Thomson State Farm is seeking a driven, sales-focused Multiline Representative who thrives in a production-based environment. This role is built for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and turning opportunities into closed business.

Licensing Requirements
This is a fully licensed role:
- Property & Casualty license required prior to Day 1
- Life & Health license required within 45 days of hire
- Full licensing support and guidance provided throughout
Prior sales experience is required. Insurance or State Farm experience is a plus, but not required.
What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in driving new business and growing the agency through both inbound and outbound sales efforts.
- Generate new business through calls, internet leads, referrals, and outreach
- Conduct needs-based conversations to uncover risks and recommend solutions
- Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
- Cross-sell and upsell within the existing book of business
- Follow up consistently to convert opportunities into bound policies
- Build strong relationships to support retention and referrals
- Track daily activity, pipeline progress, and production goals
